Dear customers:
Since a long period, Spark Company has grown up to a healthy company of
more and more products and won a great reputation with the help of our audiophiles.
However, we have found out some people who are intent on nothing but profit
and obviously irresponsible, selling our products through the Internet.
It is a cheat and makes many people incur economic loss. In order to remind
our consumers to buy products in our authorized companies, we here publish
a complain letter from an audiophile in New York, America among the many
letters and phone calls.
Sales Manager:
>Hello,
>My name is B×××× in New York City USA.
>It appears that I may have made a very serious error in judgement
and I am hoping to resolve this matter with the help of your kindness
and mercy.
>in the best manner possible given the situation I placed myself in.
>I purchased a Cayin 265ai last week on ebay from a dealer in china
I knew it was 220 voltage so I purchased a 300w converter which the seller
said should work.
>The amp arrived promptly but it did not work with the converter. Only
the lights came on.
>No volume at all.
>I emailed the seller and he said get a larger 1000w converter. I did
and it still didn't work.
>He said he would pay to ship it back and give a full refund but I
haven't heard from him since Sunday. It's Tuesday night here now.
>Maybe I'll hear from him, ship it back, get a refund and all will
be well.
>Maybe I won't.
>I don't know if you can offer me warranty coverage. I don't know if
it is defective or just won't work with a converter. I don't know anything
at this time except I may have made a big expensive mistake and I'm very
embarrassed about it.
>If he doesn't come through for me then I'm at your mercy. I hope in
the intrest of good customer service you may offer me some assistance
in this matter. I was really looking forward to my new amp. I had several
friends who were also interested in hearing my Cayin but I've had to hold
them off because of this matter.
>Can the unit be retro-fitted to accept 110 US voltage? If so please
let me know how to go about getting it fixed in or near the New York area.
>Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
>I do not hold Cayin responsible for my misfortunes.
>Thank you and I will await your kind response.
We tell the world again: we have not assigned any company to sell our
products through the Internet. It is possible to buy inferior, defective,
second-hand, or self-assembling products through the Internet. Even though
the real Cayin goods buying from the Internet could not enjoy our after
sales service. Please remember not to spoil the ship for a halfpennyworth
of tar.
